The Next Chapter Project
Six weeks to get clear, make decisions, and start moving.
You already know something needs to change.
Maybe you can’t fully explain what the next version of your life is supposed to look like yet. But you know you can’t keep living on autopilot, talking yourself out of what you want, or waiting for clarity to magically arrive.
The Next Chapter Project is a six-week coaching experience designed to help you get clear on what comes next, make the decisions you’ve been circling, and begin creating meaningful change in your actual life.
You don’t need to have the entire plan. You just need to be ready to stop standing still.
Be the first to know when enrollment opens.
You’re not at the beginning anymore.
You’ve thought about it. Journaled about it. Talked about it. Maybe you’ve listened to the podcasts, saved the posts, made lists, or promised yourself that once things calm down, you’ll finally figure out what you want. And still, you keep coming back to the same feeling:
This can’t be it.
Not because your entire life is wrong. Not because you need to burn everything down. But because some part of you knows you’ve outgrown the way you’ve been living - and you’re ready to find out what happens when you stop ignoring that. The problem isn’t that you’re incapable of figuring it out. You’ve probably spent years being the capable one. The problem is that when you’re standing inside your own life, it can be incredibly hard to separate what you truly want from what you’ve been taught to want, what everyone else needs from you, and what feels safest.
Clarity is useful.
Movement changes things.
There is a point where more thinking stops helping. You don’t need another six months analyzing every possible path. You need a place to sort through what matters, decide what you’re moving toward, and take the next right steps with support.
That is what we do inside The Next Chapter Project.
Over six weeks, we’ll move from “I know something needs to change, but I don’t know what to do” to a clearer vision, stronger decisions, and real forward movement toward the chapter you actually want to live.
This is for the woman who...
• Knows she has outgrown something - a role, career, relationship dynamic, identity, season, or way of living.
• Feels caught between the life she has and the life she knows she wants.
• Has been thinking about change but keeps second-guessing herself or getting overwhelmed by the options.
• Is tired of consuming more information without actually moving.
• Wants thoughtful, personalized support - not generic advice or someone telling her what she “should” do.
• Is ready to participate in creating her next chapter, even if she cannot see the entire path yet.
You do not need to be fearless. You do not need to have it figured out. You do need to be willing to move.
Six weeks.
One clear purpose: get you moving.
Week 1 - Where You Are Now
We get underneath the surface-level frustration and identify what is actually no longer working, what you’ve outgrown, and what needs your attention first.
Week 2 - What You Actually Want
We separate your wants from expectations, obligations, old identities, and other people’s definitions of success so you can begin defining the chapter on your terms.
Week 3 - Your Next Move
We turn possibility into direction. We look at the paths in front of you, identify what matters most, and narrow the gap between thinking and deciding.
Week 4 - What Keeps Pulling You Back
We address the fear, overthinking, self-doubt, competing responsibilities, and old patterns that tend to show up the moment change becomes real.
Week 5 - Building the Bridge
We translate the bigger vision into practical next steps that fit your real life - not an imaginary life with unlimited time, energy, money, or support.
Week 6 - Your Next Chapter Plan
We bring it together into a clear path forward so you leave knowing what you are building, what comes next, and how to keep moving after our six weeks together.
What’s Included in The Next Chapter Project
The Next Chapter Project is designed to give you the space, support, and accountability to actually move — with personalized coaching for your life
and a community of women moving alongside you.
You won’t be doing this alone.
Six weekly group coaching sessions
Each week, we’ll come together to work through what’s coming up in real time, move through the decisions and challenges in front of you, and turn insight into action. You’ll have space to be coached, ask questions, and keep moving forward week by week.
Between-session support
Change doesn’t only happen during a scheduled coaching call. You’ll have access to support between sessions when a question, decision, breakthrough, or obstacle comes up, so you can keep moving instead of waiting until the following week.
An intimate community of women moving alongside you
You’ll be surrounded by women who are navigating their own next chapters — a space to share wins, talk through the hard moments, encourage one another, and remember that you’re not the only one figuring out what comes next.
Two private 1:1 coaching sessions
Dedicated time for us to go deeper into your circumstances, decisions, challenges, and next steps — so the work never becomes one-size-fits-all.
Your personalized Next Chapter Plan
By the end of our six weeks together, you’ll have an actionable plan for what comes next — built around your priorities, your real-life circumstances, and the chapter you’re ready to create.
Six weeks of support. A clearer direction. A community beside you. And a plan for what comes next.
This isn’t about reinventing yourself overnight.
It’s about becoming an active participant in what happens next. Because the longer you stay in the space between knowing and doing, the easier it becomes to convince yourself that maybe you should just accept things as they are. But wanting something different is information. And when you learn how to listen to that information - instead of immediately dismissing it, rationalizing it, or waiting for permission - you can start making choices that actually belong to you. Six weeks from now, the goal isn’t for every part of your life to be completely transformed.
The goal is for you to no longer be standing in the same place wondering what to do
By the end of The Next Chapter Project, you’ll have:
• A clearer understanding of what you actually want next.
• Greater confidence in the decisions you’re making.
• A way to recognize the patterns that have kept you stuck or second-guessing yourself.
• Concrete next steps built around your real circumstances.
• Momentum - because you will have already begun moving, not just planning to move.
• A personal path forward for continuing the work after the six weeks end.
I know what it feels like when the life you thought you were building stops fitting.
For nearly two decades, I built a career leading teams and operations in healthcare. I was the person people relied on to solve problems, make decisions, and keep moving when things were hard.
Then my own life changed in ways I couldn’t simply manage my way through.
Rebuilding forced me to ask questions that achievement alone had never answered: What do I actually want? Who am I when the role I built my identity around changes? And how do I create a life that feels like mine instead of simply creating another version of what I think I’m supposed to do?
That experience, combined with years of leadership, coaching, and helping people navigate high-stakes change, shapes the way I work now.
I’m not here to hand you a formula for your life. I’m here to help you hear yourself more clearly, make stronger decisions, and turn what you know into what you do.
FAQs
What if I know I need a change, but I have no idea what the change is?
1
That is exactly the kind of place this program is designed for. You do not need to arrive with the answer. We’ll use the six weeks to uncover what is no longer working, what you want more of, and what direction makes sense from here.
You do not need to make a reckless leap to create meaningful change. We’ll look at what you want and build next steps around the realities of your life, responsibilities, and priorities
What if I’m considering a major life or career change?

Is this therapy?
3
No. The Next Chapter Project is coaching focused on clarity, decision-making, forward movement, and action. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
What if I’m scared I won’t follow through?
4
You don’t need perfect confidence before you begin. Part of our work is understanding what happens when you start moving toward change and building a path you can actually follow.
How do I know if this is the right level of support for me?
5
If you know something needs to change and you want support moving from uncertainty into action over the next six weeks, this was built for that season. If you are only looking for a single clarity conversation, the Next Move Blueprint may be a better starting point. If you want a deeper, longer transformation focused on identity and rebuilding, Becoming Her is the more intensive experience.
You don’t have to know exactly where this chapter ends.
You just have to decide that you’re ready to begin it.
You’ve already spent enough time wondering, analyzing, waiting for the perfect moment, or hoping the answer will suddenly become obvious.
The Next Chapter Project gives you six weeks to stop doing this alone - and start turning what you know needs to change into something real.
Your next chapter does not begin when you finally have every answer. It begins when you make your next move.
