Raising Hope: Becoming Her: The Career Exit & Reinvention Plan
You’ve done everything right.
So why does it feel like something’s missing?
You built the career. You’re raising the kids. You keep all the balls in the air.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it — you lost yourself.
Not dramatically. Not all at once. Just quietly, piece by piece, until one day you looked up and couldn’t remember the last time you did something just because you wanted to.
You’re not broken. You’re not ungrateful. You’re not failing.
You’ve just been living a life that was built for who you used to be. And you’ve outgrown it.
This is where that changes.
You’re here because something has to change.
You’re successful. Smart. Capable. The kind of woman other people look at and think, she’s really got it all together.
But on the inside?
You’re exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t fix. You’re performing, an old version of yourself that used to fit, but doesn’t anymore. Waiting for a feeling to pass that’s been there for years.
The 11pm Google spirals — “career change at 40,” “how do I know when it’s time to leave,” “is it normal to feel this way.”
You’ve taken the personality assessments.
You’ve read the books. You’ve had the conversations with yourself in the car that you’d never say out loud to anyone else.
And you’re still stuck.
Because here’s what nobody tells you:
You’re not stuck because you don’t know what you want. You’re stuck because you’ve been under so much pressure — from your career, your family, your own relentless standards — that you can’t think clearly enough to figure it out.
You’re not confused. You’re overwhelmed. And overwhelmed people don’t make good decisions. They react. Or they don’t decide at all and stay stuck for another year.
That stops here.
Let me guess what’s been going on…
Maybe you’re exhausted by performing a version of yourself that used to fit and just doesn’t anymore.
Maybe those dreaded thoughts creep in at 2am — what if I stay stuck like this forever?
What if I make the wrong move and lose everything?
Maybe you keep telling yourself you’ll figure it out eventually — and eventually keeps
not coming.
Maybe you’ve tried to push through, white-knuckle it, stay positive — and you’re
running out of gas.
If so — you’re not alone. And it’s not a you problem. It’s a clarity problem.
And clarity is exactly what Raising Hope:Becoming Her provides.
“It’s like a breath of fresh air. Someone finally sees me. Kristy helped me figure out my next steps and move through the process effortlessly. ”
What if, 12 weeks from now…
You woke up on a Monday and actually felt excited about your life?
Not because everything is perfect, but because you finally know what you want — and
you have a real plan to get there.
You stopped making decisions from fear and started making them from clarity?
You knew — really knew — whether you’re staying, pivoting, or leaving? And you
had an actual roadmap for how to do it without blowing up your life?
You stopped performing a life that doesn’t fit and started building one that
actually feels like yours?
What if, the woman your kids see every day was someone who chose her life — not
someone who just survived it?
That’s not a fantasy.
That’s what the
Raising Hope: Becoming Her
work does.
Hi, I’m Kristy.
I spent over 15 years as an emergency department nurse — adult and pediatric — and more than a decade in nursing leadership. I was capable, respected, and good at what I did.
I was also exhausted, disconnected, and quietly falling apart.
I know what it’s like to sit in a hospital parking lot before a shift and think: I cannot keep doing this. I know what it feels like to have a life that makes sense on paper and feels completely wrong on the inside. I know the specific guilt that comes with wanting more when you already have so much.
And I know what it feels like to rebuild — slowly, messily, imperfectly — and come out the other side more yourself than you’ve ever been.
That journey is why Raising Hope exists. And it’s why I coach.
I don’t work from theory. I work from having lived this transition — as a high-achieving professional, as a mother, as a single mom who had to figure out what came next without a roadmap. I bring my clinical training, my leadership experience, my coaching certification, and my own hard-won clarity to every woman I work with.
I know what it takes to find your way back to yourself. And I will not let you stay stuck.
“In just 6 months, Kristy guided me through a complete career transition. The process felt so much more manageable than I expected — and I’m the happiest I’ve been in a long time.”
Everything I do is built around The H.O.P.E. Method™
Most women come to me thinking they have a career problem. What they actually have is a clarity problem — one that’s been buried under years of pressure, performance, and everyone else’s needs.
The H.O.P.E. Method™ takes you from overwhelmed and stuck to clear, confident, and moving.
-
Stabilize Before you can make a good decision, you have to stop reacting from burnout. We get you grounded so clear thinking becomes possible.
-
Clarify You can’t design what’s next until you understand what’s
actually driving you. We separate your truth from everyone else’s expectations.
-
Design Clarity without direction is just awareness. We turn your
insight into a real, viable plan for what’s next.
-
Move Planning forever is still being stuck. We get you into action — with strategy, support, and your exit blueprint in hand.

FAQ
Is this therapy? No. Coaching is forward-focused — where you are now and where you
want to go. Therapy focuses on healing the past. If you’re dealing with clinical mental
health concerns, therapy is the right support, and coaching can complement that
beautifully. What I do is about clarity, decision-making, identity, and transition strategy.
I don’t even know if I want to leave my job. Is that okay? Absolutely — that’s one of
the most common places women start. Figuring out the answer is part of the work.
I’m really busy. Will I be able to keep up? If you have time to feel stuck and
unfulfilled, you have time for this. Sessions are bi-weekly, between-session support is
flexible, and this is designed for real women with real lives.
What if I’m not sure I’m ready? The women who aren’t sure they’re ready are usually
exactly ready. That uncertainty isn’t a stop sign — it’s what comes right before
something changes. Apply anyway. We’ll figure out together if the timing is right.
What’s your refund policy? Because of the personalized, high-touch nature of this
work, I don’t offer refunds once we’ve begun. That’s why the discovery call exists — so
you can make sure this is the right fit before you commit. I take that responsibility
seriously.
I have more questions. Send me a message at raisinghopepodcast@gmail.com and I’ll get back to you
personally.
You’ve been waiting for the right time.
Here’s the truth: the right time isn’t coming. There will always be a reason to wait.
Another quarter. Another month. Another “once things settle down.”
But you’ve been sitting with this feeling long enough to know it’s not going away on its own.
The life you actually want — the one that fits who you are now — is on the other side of
this work. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
